Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in designated SMB territories. You will independently manage outreach, cold-call prospects, and build lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Training and onboarding will be provided to develop product knowledge and sales skills. You will work in an outside sales capacity, meeting with clients face-to-face, with emphasis on prospecting, follow-ups, and meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Health & Life license or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered)
• Ability to prospect, cold call, and build relationships with SMBs.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identifying potential clients in your territory via calls, networking, and lead gen.
• Relationship Building: Engaging with business owners and decision-makers to present solutions.
• Closing Sales: Use resilience to close deals and explain value to clients.
