Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to own and grow a designated sales territory. You will build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, conduct cold calls, and present Altitude's insurance solutions.

This role emphasizes independence, autonomy, and clear performance goals in a fast-paced outside sales environment. The position offers training, a flexible progression path, and opportunities to advance based on personal performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of professional work experience; outside sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings to present Altitude's offerings.
• Develop strategies to optimize your own sales territory and meet/exceed targets.
• Set your own hours and manage your schedule with independence.
