Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners in your assigned territory. You will cold call, set up in-person meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You will build relationships, develop a personal book of business, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals, with training, compensation draws, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life (or willing to obtain) with license reimbursement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with small to medium-sized business owners in your territory.
• Cold call, set up face-to-face meetings, and present solutions.
• Manage your own book of business and work toward targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
