Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to lead face-to-face sales in your assigned territory. You will engage business owners, present insurance solutions, and build a personal book of business with support from a structured training program.

You will schedule and conduct in-person meetings, set and pursue monthly quotas, and collaborate with a sales team to drive growth across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium businesses, meeting with owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services to clients and their employees.
• Build and maintain a book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
