Marvin is seeking a Territory Manager to represent us in the local market. You will develop channel partners, implement strategic sales plans, and train dealer networks to drive market share and sales growth.

You'll work with dealers, builders, architects, and remodelers, manage territory budgets, travel across the region, and contribute to our premium building products business with Salesforce CRM proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Premium building products experience in a dealer direct territory-based outside sales environment.
• Previous experience in the fenestration or premium building material industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
• Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities.
• Ability to work with required technology, software applications, CRM platform (Salesforce.com).

Responsabilidades

• Develop channel partners who will effectively cover all market segments within geography and increase Marvin’s market share.
• Implement strategic sales plans; develop territory budget and sales forecasts.
• Develop channel partner sales team and pro trade contractors through training and product knowledge.
• Regularly analyze current channel partners and create plans to grow market share.
• Work with dealers, builders, general contractors, architects, and remodelers to provide communication on projects and market offerings.
