Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to grow our sales within the architectural and commercial design community. You will develop new business, raise brand awareness, and drive specification of Marvin collections among design professionals.

The role requires presenting AIA CE units, cultivating relationships with architectural firms, and collaborating with regional teams while traveling across the territory.

Qualifications

• Degree in architectural, construction, or business-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• CDT certification, or able to obtain within two years of employment.
• Proven consultative value proposition sales experience with architectural/design firms.
• Fenestration experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to read construction documents and navigate CAD-based design.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and establish relationships with architectural professionals to drive specifications and purchases.
• Present AIA Continuing Education learning units to architectural firms.
• Pursue business development with facility managers and owners of institutional properties.
• Plan and host factory tours with architects, designers, channel partners, and trade customers.
• Provide product and technical solutions on project opportunities and collaborate with regional sales on partner programs.
