Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Territory Manager to represent us in the Denver market. You will build relationships with dealers, builders, architects, and remodelers, and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share while managing a territory budget.

You will travel frequently within the territory, train partner teams on products and tools, and provide timely communication to sales leadership about market dynamics and competitors. Marvin offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Premium building products experience in a dealer direct territory-based outside sales environment.
• Experience in fenestration or premium building material industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities.
• Ability to work with CRM technology and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel partners to cover all market segments and increase market share.
• Implement strategic sales plans; develop territory budget and sales forecasts.
• Develop channel partner sales team and provide training on market segments, sales support, tools, and product knowledge.
• Analyze current channel partners and plan ways to grow market share within or beyond the dealer base.
• Engage dealers, builders, general contractors, architects and remodelers with clear communication of Marvin's projects and offerings.
