Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Territory Manager to represent us within the local market in Madison, WI, driving growth through market research, customer engagement and education. You will develop channel partners, implement sales plans, train dealer networks and pro contractors, and regularly analyze partners to grow market share.

You’ll collaborate with dealers, builders, general contractors, architects and remodelers to clearly communicate Marvin’s products and services, supporting our premium building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Premium building products experience in a dealer direct territory-based outside sales environment.
• Experience in fenestration or premium building materials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel partners who will effectively cover all market segments within geography and increase Marvin’s market share.
• Implement strategic sales plans; develop territory budget and sales forecasts.
• Develop channel partner sales team and pro trade contractors through training on market segments, sales support, tools, training, and product knowledge.
• Regularly analyze current channel partners and create plans to grow market share within existing dealer base or explore better go-to-market options.
• Work with dealers, builders, general contractors, architects, and remodelers to communicate Marvin’s offerings clearly on projects, services, and market offerings.
