Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Territory Manager to represent us in the York, PA market. You’ll drive market growth through channel partners, customer engagement, and strategic planning, shaping our sales approach and training programs.

You’ll travel regularly to grow market share, manage budgets, and communicate with dealers, builders, and architects to articulate Marvin’s offerings. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Premium building products experience in a dealer direct territory-based outside sales environment.
• Previous fenestration or premium building material industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.
• Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities.
• Ability to work with Salesforce CRM and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel partners to cover all market segments and increase market share.
• Implement strategic sales plans; develop territory budget and forecasts.
• Train dealer networks and trade contractors on products, tools, and sales processes.
• Analyze partners and plan market expansion for Marvin in the territory.
• Engage with dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and remodelers to communicate value.
