Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to cover a designated service territory with strong leadership of route sales representatives. You will drive growth, protect profitability, and ensure excellent customer service across the region, with substantial travel to customer sites.

In this role, you will coach RSRs, manage accounts, and report to a Service Manager or Senior Manager. A DOT-certificate and a valid driver’s license are required, with relocation considered for advancement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple organizational functions to get the job done.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Significant negotiation skills.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Exposure to sales function preferred.
• Experience in management, HR, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sustain a safety culture.
• Coach and develop Route Sales Representatives in your territory.
• Report to Service Manager or Sr. Territory Manager; escalate as needed.
• Foster a pervasive sales culture through TIG and Shared Lead programs.
• Assist in new account installations as directed by leadership.
• Manage day-to-day activities of territory customer service programs.
• Visit customers quarterly to review growth and opportunities.
• Ensure timely responses to service requests by RSRs.
• Set clear expectations and lead by example.
• Travel ~60% with service professionals for observations and visits.
