Job summary

Vestis, a leading provider of uniforms and workplace services, is hiring a Territory Manager in the United States. You will oversee a service territory, coach Route Sales Representatives, drive customer retention, and pursue growth opportunities while maintaining safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include leading a sales culture, coordinating with service managers, and ensuring timely issue resolution. A strong ops background and DOT certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of service and route-based industry experience
• Experience growing customer accounts is a plus
• DOT-certified and valid driver's license required
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Promote and sustain a safety culture
• Coach and develop Route Sales Representatives
• Manage day-to-day customer service for the territory
• Visit customers quarterly to review growth opportunities
• Negotiate renewals to protect pricing and profitability
• Recruit, hire, and train Route Sales staff
• Coordinate accounts receivable collections
• Ensure timely response to service requests
• Lead and participate in training for retention goals
