Job summary

Vestis Corporation seeks a Territory Manager to oversee an assigned service territory and drive safety, customer retention, and growth. You will supervise Route Sales Representatives, coordinate with the Service Manager or General Manager, and lead team-selling initiatives across the territory.

You will visit customers, ensure timely service responses, and protect pricing profitability while building a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of service/route-based experience preferred.
• DOT certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance on personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sustain a safety culture.
• Coach and develop Route Sales Representatives in your territory.
• Report to Service Manager or Sr. Territory Manager as applicable.
• Foster a pervasive sales culture via TIG and Shared Lead programs.
• Assist in new account installations as directed by management.
• Manage day-to-day territory customer service programs.
