IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Contractor Sales Representative to build a successful sales career within Maryland and Northern Virginia. The role includes daily sales support, relationship-building with contractors and architects, and weekly product presentations.

The position offers a base salary of 50,000 to 60,000 USD per year plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and long-term training to assume Territory Sales responsibilities within two years.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships and grow sales with customers in territory.
• Frequent contact with roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand.
• Present products to qualified end users on a weekly basis.
• Perform product knowledge training sessions with customers.
• Submit weekly Intelligence Reports in a timely fashion.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needs.
• Utilize approved sales/marketing tools within budget.
