Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. seeks a Contractor Sales Representative to build relationships and drive sales across roofing and building products in Maryland and Northern Virginia. This entry‑level role includes structured training to prepare for a Territory Sales position within two years.

Travel up to 80% in the region, regularly engage contractors and architects, deliver weekly product presentations, and manage customer accounts with support from a market-leading company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Management or Marketing preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Sales analytics experience and firm understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Previous experience in business to business sales or sales coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and grow sales with customers in territory.
• Frequently contact roofing contractors, remodelers, builders and architects to drive demand.
• Present products to qualified customers on a weekly basis.
• Submit weekly intelligence reports in a timely fashion.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needs.
• Utilize approved sales/marketing tools within budget.
