Job summary

Belite Bio in San Diego, CA seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and adoption of retinal therapies. You will build partnerships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists and other eye care stakeholders while collaborating with Market Access and Medical Affairs to accelerate uptake.

This role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, strong cross-functional collaboration, and significant travel (20–60%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience.
• Experience in ophthalmology retina or rare orphan disease is strongly preferred.
• Prior product launch experience in a small or pre-commercial biopharma setting.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory business strategy and plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Build knowledge of disease state patient journey to educate and engage HCPs.
• Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists and staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses and resources.
