Job summary

Belite Bio in the eye-care field seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness, educate retina specialists, and foster patient access within the Richmond-Raleigh territory.

You will partner with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and field teams to execute launch strategies, build key account plans, and accelerate market uptake through physician engagement and payer discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience preferred; specialty pharmacy a plus.
• Prior product launch experience in a pre-commercial biopharma setting.
• Strong payer/reimbursement knowledge and patient access understanding.
• Proven ability to build relationships with academic and community retina specialists and staff.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; high integrity and compliance.
• Willingness to travel 20-60% and live in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Maintain deep disease state and product knowledge to educate stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and office staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations.
• Represent Belite Bio at regional/national conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PhRMA Code and company policies.
