Responsibilities include developing territory strategies, engaging key opinion leaders, and ensuring compliant, patient-focused access solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
• Experience with ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan diseases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory plan.
• Drive product adoption and educate on patient access.
• Build relationships with retina specialists and ophthalmologists.
• Manage territory budget and resources.
• Represent Belite Bio at conferences and events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/Pharma codes.
