Job summary

Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustain growth in the Atlanta region. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other stakeholders on the disease state and patient access strategies.

As the primary contact for eye care professionals, you will translate national strategy into territory plans, build KOL relationships, manage the budget, and collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Ops

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience preferred; specialty pharmacy experience a plus.
• Must live in territory and be willing to travel 20–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and effective messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and genetic counselors.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to drive launch readiness and ongoing growth.
