The Territory Business Manager will drive launch readiness and sustained growth in the New Orleans–Baton Rouge region, building trusted partnerships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and other eye care stakeholders.

The role leverages market analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and compliant clinical messaging to accelerate adoption, optimize access, and deliver patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience preferred.
• Prior product launch experience in biopharma.
• Strong payer/reimbursement knowledge and hub services.
• Proven ability to build academic and community retina specialist relationships.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Build proficiency in disease state and patient journey to deliver aligned messaging.
• Maintain relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and genetic counselors.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Represent Belite Bio at regional and national events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA promotional regulations and PhRMA Code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launch strategies.
