Job summary

Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and ongoing commercialization within the Chicago, IL region. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists and other stakeholders, building trusted partnerships to accelerate access to our IRD therapies.

The role requires strategic planning, field execution, and cross-functional collaboration across Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations to optimize territory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
Ophthalmology/retina experience strongly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel 20–60% of the time; must live in territory.

Responsibilities

Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and plan to meet activity, access, and sales objectives.
Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
Build strong relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, genetic counselors, and academic centers.
Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation responsibly.
Represent Belite Bio at regional and national conferences and events.
