Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred.
• Prior product launch experience in a biopharma setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through clinical messaging and patient access education.
• Build and maintain disease state knowledge and key account relationships with retina specialists and ophthalmologists.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and field teams to execute launch strategies.
