Qualifications

• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory plan and tactical actions.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Build relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and eye-care staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA rules, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
