Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in retail sales, wholesale grocery, or route sales.
• Proven leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytics abilities.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
• Manage retail and wholesale accounts and execute strategic plans.
• Drive product distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure routing, call coverage, and territory execution.
• Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.
• Support recruiting and performance development for team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development and Key Account Managers.
