Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5+ years in retail sales, wholesale grocery, route sales, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, organizational and team management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities; proficient with data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve regional objectives.
• Manage assigned retail and wholesale accounts and execute strategic plans.
• Drive product distribution, merchandising, promotions, and freshness standards across the territory.
• Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Ensure effective routing, call coverage, and execution across the territory.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development for team members.
