Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve regional objectives.
• Manage assigned retail and wholesale accounts while executing strategic plans.
• Drive product distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective routing, call coverage, and execution across the territory.
• Monitor business performance and implement corrective strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Key Account Managers.
