Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Remote Retail Sales Representative for the Atlanta area to drive perfect retail execution, achieve KPI objectives, and manage relationships with store decision makers. You will oversee a territory covering high-volume grocers, ensuring 100% distribution and strong in-store displays.

Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA and 1–2 years in Retail/Consumer Goods, with strong communication and data-driven selling skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• 1–2 years of successful Retail/Consumer Goods experience preferred.
• Industry/Retail knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit key Ferrara and Ferrero SKUs at front registers to ensure on-shelf availability.
• Sell priorities to Key Decision Makers using data and displays to increase territory sales.
• Place POS and IRCs to drive in-store promotions and visibility.
• Maintain in-store displays and shelf integrity across assigned stores.
• Build relationships with store decision makers and report store issues to District Sales Manager.
• Travel within territory and work remotely as needed.
