Job summary

CELSIUS is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Newnan, Georgia to lead regional retail sales across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service. You'll drive brand presence, expand distribution, and deliver strong store-level execution through 12–15 daily visits, partnering with distributors to maximize SKU visibility and promotional activity.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of consumer goods sales experience, a high school diploma, a valid U.S.

Qualifications

1+ years in consumer goods sales (beverage/distributor sales a plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage large groups.
Proficient with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Drive Celsius "perfect store" execution, expanding SKU distribution and in-store displays.
Execute brand strategy across retail locations within the assigned territory.
Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application.
Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls.
Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager.
Participate in weekly sales calls and report on KPIs.
