Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across a multi-city Arizona territory. You’ll lead Direct Store Delivery, energize relationships with store teams, and ensure flawless retail execution of top snack brands.

You will hit monthly and quarterly sales targets, coach merchandisers, plan data-driven strategies, and collaborate with HQ programs to grow share. This role blends strategy with hands-on field work across multiple retailers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business processes knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers, from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics to fuel growth.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers to maximize shelf impact and volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
