Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery and in-store execution across a defined Arizona territory. You will build relationships with retailers, coach Merchandisers, and translate data-driven plans into actionable in-store initiatives.

Responsibility includes hitting monthly/quarterly targets, ensuring flawless rollout of priorities, and partnering with HQ programs while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lift up to 25 lbs.; up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Successful drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
