Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across a broad AZ territory, delivering DSD excellence and building strong customer relationships. You’ll manage merchandisers, optimize displays, and drive sales while upholding safety standards.

You will oversee product ordering, plan strategies based on store demographics, and collaborate with store personnel to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Drive flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and customer needs.
• Build relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
