Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in retail sales, wholesale grocery, route sales, or related fields.
• Proven leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, syndicated data, and sales analytics tools.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve regional objectives.
• Manage assigned retail and wholesale accounts while executing strategic business plans.
• Drive product distribution, merchandising excellence, and promotional execution.
• Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Ensure effective routing, call coverage, and execution across the territory.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development and Key Accounts.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and development planning.
• Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
