• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to hit regional goals.
• Manage retail and wholesale accounts and execute strategic plans.
• Drive distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure routing, call coverage, and territory execution.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development for team members.
• Maintain accurate reporting of metrics.
