Swedish Match, a PMI affiliate, is seeking a Retail Team Manager to lead sales and execution across an assigned territory. This player-coach role combines team leadership with direct account management to drive distribution, merchandising, promotions, and customer growth strategies.

You will coach a team of sales reps, manage key accounts, analyze market data, optimize routing, and collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in retail sales or related fields.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytics.
• Authorized to work in the United States and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet regional goals.
• Manage retail and wholesale accounts and execute strategic plans.
• Drive distribution, merchandising, promotions, and product freshness.
• Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure routing, call coverage, and execution across the territory.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development planning.
• Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.
• Foster integrity, accountability, and high performance.
