• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in retail sales or related fields.
• Proven leadership, coaching, planning, and team management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Salesforce.
• English fluency and work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
• Manage retail and wholesale accounts and execute business plans.
• Drive distribution, merchandising, promotional execution, and product freshness standards.
• Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective routing, call coverage, and execution across the territory.
• Monitor business performance, communicate goals, and implement corrective strategies when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Strategic/Key Account Managers.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and development planning for team members.
• Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
