Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. The role includes stocking and communicating with stores, and reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and U.S. work eligibility. Benefits are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• Conversational English in real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and peers.
• Educate customers and staff on brand features and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Follow company policies and communicate progress to the Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device and protect confidentiality.
