Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, stock and maintain areas, and communicate with store personnel. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance). A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is needed, with prior customer service or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Experience/comfort with electronics/technical products.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English required for real‑time communication.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on brands and product lines for client satisfaction.
• Maintain store quality and meet client expectations.
