Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop the team, drive sales, and maintain store communications. You will educate customers and store personnel on product lines and ensure quality work across assigned areas.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
• Educate customers on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and meet client expectations.
• Communicate outcomes to Market Sales Manager.
