Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. You will manage store communication, stock levels, and educate staff on product lines while reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a valid driver's license for travel between locations. Base pay is $25.00 per hour with listed benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff and seasonal associates.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
• Educate customers on product lines and features.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Understand and use all functions of handheld devices.
