Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, driving sales while meeting retailer and client expectations.

You will train staff, educate customers on brands, maintain store standards, and communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

A flexible schedule including nights and weekends, plus benefits, are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
