Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will train staff, educate customers on product lines, and ensure high-quality store execution.

You will report directly to the Market Sales Manager and may travel to multiple locations as needed. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Independent and self-motivated with flexible availability.
• Basic computer/printing capability and internet access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain store area quality and comply with company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Travel to additional locations as necessary.
