Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop sales teams, drive retailer and client expectations, and ensure project completion in assigned areas.

Responsibilities include training staff, educating customers on brand benefits, and maintaining store quality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy in-store work.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device functions effectively.
