Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes stocking and maintaining areas, educating customers about product lines, and effectively communicating with store personnel.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, travel to multiple locations, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to multiple locations.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Proficient use of handheld device.
