Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will stock and maintain assigned areas, educate customers and store personnel about product lines, and communicate progress to leadership.

Must be independent, self-motivated, and able to handle a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., with assistance for heavier loads.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high-quality work and uphold client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
