Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, stock and maintain our managed areas, and communicate with store personnel. You will educate customers on product lines and support project execution.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, a valid driver's license, and prior customer service or sales experience. Competitive pay with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train team members.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and team members.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain store area quality to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device effectively.
