Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer and client expectations are met. You will train staff, educate customers, and maintain store standards while reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires engaging communication, flexibility in scheduling (nights/weekends), and a strong focus on teamwork and integrity. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to additional locations.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Minimum conversational English proficiency.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Experience with electronics/technical products.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work and meet client expectations.
• Know company policies in detail and communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device effectively and maintain confidentiality.
