Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Retail Account Executive to join a founding team building the Toast Retail platform for convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.

You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up accounts using a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that help these businesses thrive. You will conduct demos, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills to sell at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, flexible and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from first call to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor solutions to prospect needs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast in the market.
