Constellation Brands in Riverside, California is seeking a Field Inspector to inspect and improve retail execution for CBBD key accounts across a regional territory, ensuring adherence to CBBD standards at major accounts.

You will identify planogram compliance issues, communicate findings to Market Development Manager, and work with wholesalers to implement improvements while supporting training and new product roll-outs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of time and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and review key accounts for CBBD standard compliance.
• Identify and correct planogram, mandate, and authorization issues.
• Communicate findings to Market Development Manager and Sales leadership.
• Share best practices with wholesalers and support training initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities and assist with new product roll-outs.
• Identify aging inventory issues and advise on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with wholesalers on CBBD programming and promotions.
