Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Distributor Operations Management Analyst to support the Logistics & Fulfillment Team in executing daily/weekly routines, maintaining process documentation, and coordinating follow-up actions with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes audit-ready evidence management, issue tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure controlled, compliant, and repeatable logistics processes. Travel to field sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, internal controls, audit support, or related analytical work.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to organize evidence, maintain trackers, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and basic data analysis; comfortable working with ERP/WMS/Shipment Visibility data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard work and recurring routines that support logistics performance management and controls compliance.
• Tracks actions, due dates, owners; escalates aging items and supports closure documentation.
• Coordinates meeting materials for operating reviews, controls checkpoints, and audit readiness touchpoints.
• Supports issue triage by gathering facts and routing items to the appropriate process owner.
• Builds and maintains routine reports and trackers using spreadsheets and system outputs.
• Validates data completeness and flags anomalies; coordinates corrections with process owners.
• Maintains process documentation (SOPs, narratives, job aids) with approved changes.
