Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Independent Retail Merchandiser in California to creatively showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement. You will drive to customer sites, stock shelves, and set up engaging displays as part of a fun, family-based culture.

You will develop beer, wine, and spirit knowledge, maintain professionalism, and collaborate with sales teams to find brand opportunities while ensuring safe handling of alcohol and adherence

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in new and existing accounts: stock shelves, build displays, manage POS materials.
• Build strong account relationships and share feedback with sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirits knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and interact safely with the public.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
