Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Distributor Operations Management Analyst to support the Logistics & Fulfillment Team by executing daily/weekly routines, maintaining documentation, and coordinating actions with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes audit-ready evidence, issue tracking, and compliant, repeatable logistics processes, with a focus on controls testing, access reviews, and walkthrough readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, operations, internal controls, or related work.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to organize evidence, trackers, and deadlines.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and basic data analysis; comfortable with ERP/WMS outputs.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard work and recurring routines to support logistics performance and controls compliance.
• Build and maintain routine reports and trackers; validate data and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain process documentation and assist with training materials and refreshers.
• Coordinate cross-functional requests across Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT Security, and third parties.
